Promoter

The Competition is run and promoted by Swoosh Finance NZ Limited (NZBN 9429042395447), a Financial Services Provider (FSP510686), of 36 Bridge Street, Ahuriri, Napier 4110, New Zealand (“Promoter”).

Promotional Period

• The Competition commences at [time] NZST on [date] September 2026 and closes at [time] NZST on [date] October 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
• The Competition runs for four weeks during the Promotional Period.
• One winner will be selected at random at the end of each week.
• Entries received after the Promotional Period closes will not be accepted or considered.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.

Eligibility

• Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
• Entrants must comply with all applicable New Zealand laws.
• By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Entrants who breach these terms and conditions may be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.

How to Enter

To enter the Competition, eligible entrants must:

1. Sign up to receive Swoosh Finance marketing communications via the designated Competition entry form during the Promotional Period.
2. Provide the information requested in the entry form.
3. Complete and submit the entry form.

Upon submitting the entry form, entrants will receive a unique referral code in their confirmation email.

Additional Entries

• Entrants can receive additional entries by sharing their unique referral code with friends or family.
• An additional entry will be awarded when a friend or family member uses the entrant’s unique referral code to sign up to receive Swoosh Finance marketing communications through the designated Competition entry form.
• There is no limit to the number of additional entries an entrant can receive through successful referrals during the Promotional Period.
• Entrants must not use their own referral code to create additional entries or otherwise attempt to artificially increase their entries.
• The Promoter may reject or remove entries that it reasonably considers to be fraudulent, misleading, duplicated, improperly generated or otherwise inconsistent with these terms and conditions.

Winner Selection

• One winner will be selected at random each week, for a total of four winners during the Promotional Period.
• Winners will be selected from all valid entries received during the relevant weekly entry period, including any valid additional referral entries.
• Winners will be selected using a random number generator within Jotform.
• The Promoter’s random selection process will determine the winning entry number.
• Each winning entrant will receive a NZ$500 e-gift card.
• The Promoter will contact each winner by email using the email address provided with their Competition entry.
• The Promoter’s decision regarding the winner selection process is final, subject to any rights the entrant may have under applicable New Zealand law.

Prizes

• There are four prizes available during the Competition.
• Each prize is one NZ$500 e-gift card.
• The total prize pool is NZ$2,000.
• The e-gift card provider will be selected by the Promoter at its discretion.
• E-gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant provider.
• Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for a prize that is lost, misplaced or otherwise not delivered after it has been sent to the email address provided by the winner.

Marketing and Privacy

• By entering the Competition, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Swoosh Finance in accordance with the consent provided through the Competition entry form.
• Entrants may withdraw their consent to receive marketing communications at any time in accordance with the relevant communication or by contacting the Promoter.
• Personal information collected in connection with the Competition will be collected, held, used and disclosed in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
• Personal information may be used for the purposes of administering the Competition, verifying entries and eligibility, contacting winners, delivering prizes, managing referrals and sending marketing communications where the entrant has provided the required consent.
• The Promoter may disclose personal information to third-party service providers where reasonably necessary to administer the Competition, manage the entry and referral process, send communications or deliver prizes.
• Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter at marketing@swooshfinance.co.nz.

Other Terms

• Participation in the Competition does not guarantee approval for, or access to, any Swoosh Finance loan or other financial product.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for errors, technical failures, interruptions or malfunctions affecting the Competition entry or referral process, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
• The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who it reasonably believes has attempted to manipulate, abuse or circumvent the entry or referral process.
• If the Competition cannot be run as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter may alter, suspend, cancel or terminate the Competition, subject to applicable law.
• Any material changes to the Competition will be communicated through the Promoter’s website or relevant promotional channels where reasonably practicable.
• Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law.
• The Competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or ByteDance.
• By entering the Competition, entrants release Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and ByteDance from any claims arising from or in connection with the Competition, to the extent permitted by law.
• The Competition is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
